$10.00 per pair

Monday thru Thursday: Drop off between 9am-4pm (in-person or using our drop-box) and skates will be ready by 9:30am the next day.   

Friday: drop off by 4pm, Skates will be ready by 9:30am on Monday

Saturday & Sunday: drop off 24-hours a day, skates will be ready by the following Tuesday at 9:30am. 

Note: When skate sharpening is complete, you can pick up from our secure locker system 24/7 at your convenience.

Drop Box Service; drop off 7 days a week by 9pm and pick up next day by 9am.  

Depending on what day/time you drop off, skates may be ready same day, call to confirm same day availability.

• 24-Hour Drop-Off Service available at our Birmingham & Rochester locations; hockey skate sharpening, figure skate sharpening and goalie skate sharpening.
• Drop-off and pick-up at your convenience
• Leave ice skates in our secure drop-boxes, follow our convenient process and you will be notified when your skates are ready to be picked up from our secured lockers. Once you submit payment, you will be informed the locker number and the code to access the secure locker. 
• Birmingham location includes next day pick-up, even on Weekends!

 At Just Skate Sharpening, we offer three levels of skate sharpening to keep your skates performing at their best:

Edge Refresh (1-2 Cycles)

A quick pass to maintain your edges between full skate sharpening. Ideal for frequent skaters who want consistent performance without removing excess steel. Perfect for a last-minute tune-up before hitting the ice.

Full Sharpening (4+ Cycles)

A complete skate sharpening that restores your edges for optimal bite, glide, and consistency. Recommended for skates that have gone multiple sessions without sharpening or after minor edge damage.

Blade Restoration (10 Cycles)

A deep grind skate sharpening designed to remove significant damage, reset edges, or transition to a new hollow. This service is ideal for skates with heavy wear, deep nicks, or those that haven’t been sharpened in a long time.

All sharpening services are included in our Monthly Unlimited Skate Sharpening Membership, so you can always hit the ice with confidence.
